Natural Lithospheric Disasters

Research an earthquake, volcano or other lithsopheric disaster (mudslide, sinkhole, or avalanche) of significance. This event should have occurred in the last 5 years, anywhere in the world. Be sure to include in your summary the location, description of the event, any available measurements of intensity, damage in dollar figures, and injury and deaths. Be sure to summarize and NOT COPY AND PASTE. Include your source(s).
